Developed in response to the systemic challenges faced by the Caribbean and African community and the need for a safe space to showcase Caribbean and African Culture in all its forms.

To work with, and in, the community to empower small, local Caribbean and African organisations to thrive and flourish in order to enable sustainable, high quality service provision for the diaspora and greater community. We seek to promote excellence in education and cultural work in all its forms.
To ensure Caribbean and African members of Ealing’s Black Community can access the education, culture, opportunities and support they need as well as provide a positive change in the Borough.
We aim to ensure the Diaspora can fulfil their potential to become valued members of society.
